We offer FREE delivery on orders above PKR 5,000. For orders below PKR 5,000, a standard shipping fee of PKR 250 applies. Express shipping is available for an additional charge.

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for other areas. Express delivery takes 1-2 business days for major cities. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We're working on expanding our international shipping capabilities. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Items must be returned with all tags and packaging intact. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Log into your account, go to "My Orders", select the order you wish to return, and click "Request Return". Follow the instructions to generate a return label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Most of our bone china and porcelain products are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend checking individual product descriptions for specific care instructions. Hand-painted or gold-rimmed items should be hand-washed to preserve their beauty.

Yes! We offer premium gift wrapping services for PKR 200 per order. You can select this option during checkout. We also include a personalized gift message card at no additional cost.
