Payment

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information is accurate.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

We offer shipping throughout Pakistan. Shipping times and costs are as follows:

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days for major cities, 5-7 business days for other areas
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days for major cities (additional charges apply)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 5,000

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

Return Period

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
